The North Platte Public Library’s brown bag program series will turn to a health topic on Friday, June 23.The Alzheimer’s Association will be presenting an education session entitled “Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body” at the Library on June 23 between noon-1 p.m.
Participants will learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, as well as recommendations for incorporating research suggestions into a plan for healthy aging.
