The 12 and under North Platte Sensations softball team won the Buffalo Bill tournament held June 9-11 at the Dowhower Complex in North Platte. 

North Platte defeated the Grand Island Illusion 5-2 in the finals on Sunday afternoon.

Among the highlights of the tournament, Sensations pitcher Tatum Montelongo threw a no-hitter Saturday in pool play against the Cheyenne Extreme and she and teammate Mataya Stubbs pitched a combined perfect game against Gothenburg in the semi finals Sunday.

The tournament was sanctioned by the American Softball Association (ASA.)
