The Alzheimer’s Association will present a session entitled “Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body” at the North Platte Public Library from noon-1 p.m. on June 23.In the one-hour session, participants will learn about research in diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, as well as recommendations for a plan for healthy aging.
The program is free and open to the public.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own lunch and enjoy the presentation.
