Huge book sale at the North Platte Public LibraryTell North Platte what you think
 

The Friends of the North Platte Public Library started their spring book sale at the library Thursday, and the sale continues through Saturday.  

Items on sale include books, videos and puzzles donated by the public as well as library discards. The first day of the sale is from noon – 8 p.m. Thursday only for the Friends of the Library, but memberships can be purchased or renewed or that day for $5 for individuals and $10 for families. 

The sale opens to the general public on Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.  

The sale continues Saturday as a regular sale from 9-noon, then closes for an hour.  At 1 p.m., it reopens as a bag sale. Fill a bag for $2 plus tax. 

The sale ends at 5 p.m. Saturday.
